Helix Lab (“we”, “us”) sells digital NinjaTrader 8 indicators and memberships athelixlab.trade. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with. Checkout and license fulfillment run through Whop (whop.com/helixlab/products).

Information we collect
From the website. When you visit helixlab.trade, our hosting provider may log technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referrer, and approximate location. We use this to run, secure, and diagnose the site.
From support. If you use the support chat or email us, we receive the message you send. If you later give a name, email address, or Whop account details, those are attached to that chat so we can reply to the right person.
From purchases. Payments, billing identity, and product access are handled by Whop and its payment partners. We do not store card numbers, bank details, or Apple Pay credentials on this website. Whop may share order, membership, and contact details with us so we can fulfill licenses and answer support requests.
How we use information
We use this information to:
- operate helixlab.trade and show the product catalog;
- complete digital purchases and grant lifetime licenses or membership access;
- reply to support requests and troubleshoot NinjaTrader installs;
- detect abuse, fraud, and technical problems;
- meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
How we share information
We share information only as needed to run the store:
- Whop processes checkout, subscriptions, trials, and license/membership access. Whop’s privacy policy applies to data it collects at purchase.
- Cloudflare hosts this site and may process technical logs and security data.
- tawk.to provides the support chat on this website. Chat messages, and any name or email you add to that chat, are processed by tawk.to so we can reply.
- Email sent tosupport@helixlab.trade is read by us so we can reply.
- We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in a business transfer.
Cookies and similar technology
The site, the support chat, and checkout may use cookies or local storage to keep a chat going and to run security and payment features. Whop’s checkout and the tawk.to chat may set their own cookies. You can control cookies in your browser; blocking them may prevent checkout or the chat from working.
Retention
Support messages are kept as long as needed to resolve the request and maintain a record of the conversation. Purchase and license records follow Whop’s retention practices plus any copies we keep for support and accounting. Technical logs are kept only as long as needed for security and operations.
Your choices
Email us at support@helixlab.trade to access, correct, or delete support information we hold, or to ask what we have about your order. We may need enough detail to verify the request. For payment-method or Whop-account changes, use your Whop account or Whop support. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to object, restrict processing, or lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
Children
Helix Lab products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
Changes
We may update this policy as the store or the law changes. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
